About the Position:
- We are looking for a Reliability Advisor to join the RTFT - Quebec Operations asset management team.
- You will work closely with all operational sectors to support various improvement initiatives and contribute to achieving corporate goals.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance/reliability professional to further their development by supporting operational units in maintaining and enhancing reliability, working alongside them to improve asset integrity, and deploying best practices in Asset Management.
- Reporting to the Superintendent, Asset Management at RTFT Quebec Operations, your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding the development and updating of maintenance strategies and tactics for operational sectors based on group and industry best practices.
- Providing leadership and support in implementing reliability processes and coaching resources to build capacity by supporting teams in improvement efforts.
- Acting as a promoter of the reliability process and influencing adherence to roles and responsibilities to make asset management practices effective.
- Collaborating with sectors to assess and manage risks throughout the asset lifecycle, monitoring health status and high-surveillance equipment.
- Participating in process reviews and audits and tracking asset performance indicators.
Your
Contribution:

- University degree in engineering, and membership with OIQ.
- Experience in reliability within heavy industry with strong knowledge of overall Asset Management processes.
- Ability to promote best practices and influence others.
- Strong communication skills and client-support orientation.
- Experience using problem-solving tools and RCM, FMEA methodologies.
- Demonstrated proficiency with various types of maintenance strategies.
- Structured vision and a strong sense of organization.
